General rule |
| A player places a setting on one of the hands
which must have a total of points nearest possible to 9, either the
croupier or or the player. Each hand receives at least two
charts but not more than three.
Baccarat is played with eight card decks. The first
and the third chart drawn from the shoe are for the hand of the
player, and the second and fourth chart constitute the hand of the
croupier. The figures and the 10 count for 0. The Aces
count for 1 and the other charts have a weight equivalent to their
value.
If a third chart is necessary, it must be drawn according
to rules' from the table below. If the value of the points of
the first two drawn charts, which that that is to say gives it, is 8
or 9, one calls a Naturalness and no other chart is drawn. The
hand with the greatest total of point, or more nearly nine gains.
The profits are equivalent to the bet. If the two
hands have an identical total, the Nul bet gains, to 8 per 1.
When No one occurs, all the bets deposited on the player and the
croupier neither are lost nor gained. |
